Here’s how the Perio Protect Tray™ system works:
- If we determine that you’re a candidate for at-home periodontal treatment, we’ll take impressions of your teeth and gums and send them to a specialized lab to create customized trays.
- Once your trays are ready, we’ll show you how to use them and answer any questions you might have.
- The trays are usually worn for 15 minutes one to two times a day.
- In addition to treating your periodontal disease, these trays can help whiten your teeth and freshen your breath.
